Can I upload a Video, Photo, Audio File or URL Link in the Jewelry?
What is the size limit of the files I can upload?
Images:
The maximum file size is 20MB.
JPEG, PNG and GIF Files are accepted.
Audio File:
The maximum file size is 20MB.
MP3, M4A Files are accepted.
Video:
The maximum file size is 20MB.
MOV, MP4 and WEBM Files are accepted.
My file size is more than 20 MB what can I do?
To compress the Image or Video we recommend: https://www.freeconvert.com/video-compressor
1. Click on 'Choose Files.'
2. Select your favorite Video or Image from your Computer.
3. Select Output.
4. Click on 'Settings.'
5. Click on 'Compression Method' > 'Target a file size (MB).'
6. Add your Target Size. 3(MB) for less resolution & 10(MB) for better resolution.
7. Apply the settings and compress!
8. Upload the compressed video above and we will take care of the rest!

How long does it take to receive the order?
Please keep in mind that this is a personalized product and we do process one order at a time to ensure the best quality. Orders can take 1-2 days to process.
Customization and shipping can take a total of 7-12 days depending on your location.
